Product Use Guidelines
By purchasing the Magna Mat, you agree to use the product solely for its intended purpose of providing a safe and efficient work area for roofing installations. Ensure that all safety standards and best practices are followed while using the mat, to minimize risks associated with roofing work.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Magna Mat products are designed for professional use as a supporting tool to assist with footing, efficiency, and panel protection during metal roofing installation. Use of Magna Mat products involves inherent risks associated with working at heights, on metal roofing surfaces, and around construction materials and tools.
By purchasing, using, or allowing others to use Magna Mat products, the user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for determining the proper use, suitability, and safety of the product for their specific application. Magna Mat is not a safety device and is not a replacement for required personal protective equipment, fall protection systems, training, supervision, or safe work practices.
Users assume all risks associated with the use or misuse of Magna Mat products, including but not limited to personal injury, bodily harm, property damage, roof damage, loss of materials, financial loss, or any other damages. Magna Mat shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, failure to use appropriate safety equipment, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.
It is the user’s responsibility to review all product information, usage guidelines, warnings, and safety instructions prior to use. Magna Mat makes no guarantees or representations that the product will prevent slips, falls, accidents, or injuries.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magna Mat, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives disclaim any and all liability for claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of, misuse of, or inability to use Magna Mat products.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the product.
Returns and Refund Policy
Overview
Magna Mat accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date for unused and uninstalled products only. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition, free from signs of use, wear, jobsite exposure, or damage.
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Please contact us before returning any product.
For approved domestic returns, only the product cost and applicable tax will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International orders returned to Magna Mat are eligible for a refund of the product cost only. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Used Products
Magna Mat products are not eligible for return once used. Any returned product that shows signs of use—including but not limited to scuffing, bending, magnetic debris, metal residue, jobsite wear, or exposure to roofing materials—will not qualify for a refund.
If a used product is returned, no refund will be issued. The customer may request the product to be shipped back at their expense, equal to the original shipping cost.
If no response is received within 30 days of notification, the product will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible to be returned.
Product Use & Responsibility
Magna Mat is designed for professional use as a supporting tool to enhance footing, efficiency, and panel protection during metal roofing installation. It is not a replacement for proper safety equipment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, usage guidelines, and safety instructions prior to use. Improper use, misuse, or use outside of intended applications may result in product damage and void eligibility for return.
